Lift the chassis out of the plinth by removing the two screws that the red shipping clips were slid under. Then carefully lift the chassis out of the plinth and you will see the adjustment screws under the motor. There is one for 33 and one for 45. You have to adjust 33 first, then 45. If you are using a phone app to measure the speed, please make sure it has been calibrated. They can be off.
