We do not currently sell replacement needles or cartridges. The Model-One uses an Ortofon 2M "Silver". These easily slide on and off.
The platter will stop spinning on the Model-One if the source is switched to another source such as Bluetooth or Aux, or when the power is turned off.
To make sure you are getting the best Bass response from your Model-One, check this setting. This setting redirects some Bass frequencies to the Subwoofer output.
